Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. From the receipt of this email you can expect regular shipping times to apply. We do not offer next day delivery options at this time but if you have a special request you are welcome to contact us and we will do our best to oblige wherever possible.
Please note, we are a small business and regularly have just one person carrying out all processing, packing and shipping tasks. This means during busy periods there may be a longer processing time. If there are any expected delays or wait times we will display this clearly on the website main page.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping on all orders over £50.
International Shipping
We are currently working hard to be able to supply international shipping for all physical products.
As a new Ltd. company we are just figuring where all those 'T's' and 'I's' are that need crossing and dotting before we commit to this service. Thank you for your patience. :)
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at moonlightlady1111@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Most parcels are sent using Evri who require a signature/receipt confirmation. Due to this we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes. If you require shipment to a P.O. Box please get in touch using the contact page.
